Frequently Asked Questions
What art files do you accept?
We accept Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and PDFs. We prefer an Adobe Illustrator EPS file with all fonts converted to outlines. Image mode and resolution are extremely important to ensure correct color and clarity. All image based files need to have a resolution of 300 DPI (dots per inch) at the actual size. All RGB images will be converted to CMYK.
What is the unwind direction and how does this affect my order?
Unwind, or copy direction for finished rolls, is critical for machine-applied labels to ensure that the labels are correctly formatted for your equipment. View available unwind options.
What is a label die? Is a custom label die always needed?
A label die is used to cut the shape of your label. A custom die is needed for a unique shape or size where no current die is available

Yes, our array of label materials, protective coatings, laminations and adhesives allow us to produce labels perfectly suited for any application.
